Kumquats

The rare citrus you eat whole. No peeling, no fuss. Pop one in your mouth and the skin is sweet, then the inside breaks bright and tart. They grow in heavy little clusters along the branch, glowing gold against the leaves.

Grown on our hillside in Wildomar using organic practices, no synthetic sprays or fertilizers, and picked the day they leave the grove. Eat them by the handful, candy them, slice them over a salad, or drop a few into something cold.
