Refund policy

Produce, honey, herbs and lavender are perishable, so we can't take them back.

If something is wrong with your order when you pick it up or it's delivered, tell us within 48 hours and send a photo. We'll replace it or refund it.

Zephyr cups: an unused cup can be returned at farm pickup within 30 days for a full refund.
