Zutano Avocados

The first avocado of the season. Shiny, thin yellow-green skin and a lighter, brighter flesh than Hass. Less rich, more fresh.

Made for salsa, salads, and anything where you want avocado without the weight. Zutano stays green when it's ripe, so go by feel. Grown on our hillside in Wildomar with no synthetic sprays or fertilizers, and picked the day it leaves the grove.
